Emiliano Pellisari is not really a choreographer,
   but an architect of bodies.

 (Vittoria Ottolenghi, 2006)

“Photography for the artist is not the end but the means to create choreographies. The aim is not to immortalize the moment by freezing it in an instant printed on paper, but to create a pictorial-architectural composition using the bodies of the dancers.
This architecture contains within itself, like a sculpture, the potential movement that will then explode onto the stage.
These are images that challenge gravity through an illusory play of reflections. A change of point of view that upsets the boundaries of the upside down and lets us travel in a weightless dimension. Suggestive images conceived as a means for the creation of choreographies by his company NoGravity, thus becoming movement, dance that floats in a space beyond the confines of reality.”
